Competition Information

The competition is open to all golfers, however, handicap indexes are limited to 31.7 for ladies and 25.5 for men. 

All competitors must have an official WHS handicap index and must be a bone fide member of an affiliated Golf Club. Competitors should have returned a minimum of 5 qualifying scores, in the 12 months prior to the competition.

• Entry fee is just £20 visitor and £15 per member
• All players encouraged to wear pink
  
• Secure preferred tee time on-line (maybe subject to change at organiser's discreation)
• Nearest the pin prizes will be given. 2s competition.
• Charity raffle with all proceeds going to Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven
• Prize giving will be after the final team have come in
• Please phone the Vale Pro Shop on 01386 462520 to book your buggy
• Scorecards to be input via terminal in the club house  after playing round
• Food can be ordered from from 7.30 am & after your round

Bank Reference Important information.

• The reference when making payment via your bank must consist of five numbers. To ensure your place is booked we must be able to assign your application to the payment
• This competition reference number is 5
• The selected tee time is four numbers e.g. a tee time of 9.20am will be 0920, a selected tee time of 1pm will be 1300
• Using the above criteria a tee time of 9.20am would be 50920

Option to pay by cheque

• If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to The Vale Ladies
• Please put the competiton number and selected tee time as per the above instructions

Note - If payment has not been received within two weeks of the online application the tee time will be revoked. No refunds will be given after 1st September 2024.  Please ensure any name changes are notified early as possible, thank you.
